Can I FAX in an order?
Yes. You need a special form to FAX orders. The product code for FAX Forms is 134-393. FAX your order to:  1-813-248-3972.
 
Can I order through the Internet?
Yes. At www.youravon.com . You can also manage your Avon business at this site, place orders, pay on your account with QuickPay. You can also set up your own web page at this site ($7.50 per Campaign). If you need help at www.youravon.com please call: 1-888-514-2866.
 
Where can I get product information?
Consumer information for you and your customer is available at: 1-800-445-2866.
 
How do I get information about my account?
Representatives can get everything you need to know about your account PLUS you can call in your order. Fast, easy and available 24/7. Simply call 1-513-2866 or 1-513-551-4000 (for Spanish).
 
What about returns?
Ask for credit on your Purchase Order or Internet. Look for invoice and label in your next shipment. Package and securely tape your returns with the label on the outside of the box. Place box at front door on morning of your IN next delivery day. ($3.50 charge per box). PLEASE DO NOT PUT RETURN PRODUCTS IN YOUR PURCHASE ORDER ENVELOPE.
